All sales are final as each print is a custom product. No returns are accepted. Replacement prints damaged during shipment will be replaced with proper documentation.

NOTE: Each print is custom ordered and may take up to 3 week to be completed. Often it is sooner especially during the Holiday period.

All sales are final, in the event of damage to prints during shipping, all orders are insured and will be replaced with proper documentation.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,  The Shive Archive shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
